PTI Announces Schedule for Rallies in Punjab
Lahore: The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has released the finalized schedule for its upcoming rallies in Punjab on Sunday. The PTI is set to hold five rallies across the province from Wednesday to Sunday, with party chairman Imran Khan leading all events.
Schedule of Rallies
According to the schedule, the first rally will take place in Muridke on Wednesday, followed by a second one in Gakhar Mandi on Thursday. The third, fourth, and fifth rallies will be held in Lalamusa, Gujar Khan, and Attock respectively.
Public Gatherings Called in Response to Election Delay
The PTI’s decision to hold public gatherings comes after the government’s “reluctance” to hold elections on May 14, despite orders from the Supreme Court (SC). Earlier, PTI Chairman Imran Khan had announced that the party would hold public gatherings from Monday, May 8.
The PTI’s rallies are expected to draw large crowds, with the party hoping to capitalize on public frustration over the delay in elections. With the finalized schedule now released, all eyes will be on the party’s ability to mobilize its supporters and galvanize public opinion ahead of the upcoming polls.
