Madrasa Teacher Booked Following Alleged Sexual Assault of 14-Year-Old Student

RAWALPINDI: Taxila Police have registered a formal criminal case against a madrasa teacher following allegations of sexual assault involving a 14-year-old student within the limits of the local police station.
The matter came to light after the victim’s father submitted a formal application to the police detailing the harrowing incident. According to the complainant, his son is a ninth-grade student who also attends the local madrasa to memorize the Holy Quran.
The father stated that the child returned home and disclosed that a teacher at the institute, identified as Zain, took him to a restroom located on the roof of the building where he subjected the boy to sexual assault to satisfy his lust.
Upon receiving the complaint, the police immediately initiated legal proceedings and shifted the victim to a hospital for a necessary medical examination.
Authorities have confirmed that the FIR has been registered against the accused, and a comprehensive investigation is currently underway to ensure all legal requirements are met. Law enforcement officials emphasized that they are pursuing the case with priority to bring the perpetrator to justice.
