Justice Faez Isa Visits Jaranwala
Faisalabad: Justice Qazi Faez Isa, a senior judge of the Supreme Court and the upcoming Chief Justice of Pakistan, visited Jaranwala in Faisalabad district on Saturday. His purpose was to personally assess the aftermath of the recent attacks on churches.
During his visit, Justice Isa engaged with local authorities and community members to grasp the situation on the ground. He received briefings from the police and civil administration at the Danish School in Jaranwala, gaining insights into the attacks’ circumstances. He also met with displaced minority community members affected by the incident, conveying his heartfelt condolences to the victims and expressing deep sadness over the unfortunate events.

Justice Isa further inspected the targeted church and the affected settlement, both subjected to mob violence.
Meanwhile, Caretaker Punjab Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi stated on Friday that the provincial government was fully committed to restoring the vandalized churches and Christians’ homes in the Jaranwala tragedy. The efforts are being made to ensure their recovery.
