PTI Women Activists Re-Arrested After Release from Kot Lakhpat Jail
Lahore: The Lahore police On Monday re-apprehended four female activists associated with Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) shortly after their release in the Jinnah House attack case.
According to the police, they were detained in connection with another case linked to the assault on Jinnah House that occurred on May 9.
These female activists, including Sanam Javed, were taken back into custody from Kot Lakhpat Jail immediately after a local court issued their release orders. The other three women were Afshan Tariq, Shah Noor, and Ashma Shujah.

This development followed an Anti-Terrorism Court’s approval of bail applications for four PTI activists, including Sanam Javed, in the aforementioned case. The court directed the relevant authorities to release them from detention.
