RAWALPINDI: Massive reshuffling among bureaucracy has been made in Rawalpindi following completion of inquiry into Rawalpindi Ring Road scandal.
Deputy Commissioner (DC) Rawalpindi Capt (Retd) Anwarul Haq has been removed from his office and additional charge of his seat has been assigned to DC Chakwal.
As per notification, Additional DC Revenue Capt (Retd) Shoaib has also been removed from his office. Likewise DC Attock Ali Annan Qamar has also been removed from his office.
ADCG Capt (Retd) Qasim Ijaz has been handed over the additional charge of ADCR Rawalpindi.
Sources said the transfers have been made in the context of the Ring Road scandal.
Commissioner Rawalpindi has already been removed from his office due to this scam.
