Attack on PTI Nazim’s Vehicle Results in Eight Fatalities in Abbottabad

Abbottabad: A vehicle carrying the nazim of Havelian tehsil and seven other individuals was fired upon on Monday, resulting in the deaths of all eight passengers.

District Police Officer (DPO) confirmed that the attackers were armed and opened fire with automatic weapons, causing the vehicle to catch fire and become completely destroyed.

The police and rescue teams responded quickly to the scene, but unfortunately, there were no survivors.

The investigation into the incident has been initiated by the police, as stated by DPO Umar Tufail.

According to sources, the recent attack on the vehicle of Atif Khan Jadoon, the nazim of Havelian tehsil, is not the first time that his family has been targeted.

Atif’s father and grandfather were also shot dead in previous incidents, making this the third tragic loss for the family in Abbottabad. The attack on Atif’s vehicle, which resulted in the deaths of eight people, has left the community in shock and mourning.
