Interesting audio clip emerges during ongoing census in Pakistan
ISLAMABAD: An interesting audio clip has surfaced during the ongoing census in Pakistan, as people across the country are actively participating in the census process.
In the clip, a female worker is heard leaving a message for her officer in Saraiki language, saying she is currently outside a house with the census number 0229 and the name of the person living there is Ghulam Qadir.
While speaking in Saraiki, she mentioned that Ghulam Qadir has three wives and a total of eighteen children, and even some of his children have their own children.
She seemed overwhelmed by the number of people living in the household, and acknowledged that it would take her all day to record their data.
She requested her officer not to complain about any delays caused by her recording such a large family’s information.
