Cabinet Division Releases Toshakhana Record for First Quarter of FY2025-26

The Cabinet Division has released the Toshakhana record for the first quarter (July–September 2025) of the ongoing fiscal year.
The list of recipients during this period includes President Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar, Defence Minister Khawaja Asif, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, Railways Minister Hanif Abbasi, and Power Minister Owais Leghari.
Other officials who received gifts during this quarter include the Chairman Senate, Speaker National Assembly, Secretary Senate, Information Minister Atta Tarar, IT Minister Shaza Fatima, Special Assistant Tariq Fatemi, Minister of State Barrister Aqeel Malik, and Secretary Interior, among others.
According to the Cabinet Division’s data, the gifts received in the first quarter included luxury watches, decoration pieces, paintings, perfumes, shields, carpets, tea sets, a rifle, wall clocks, bowls, pens, diaries, and other items. Documents show that all recipients deposited their gifts in the Toshakhana, while the valuation process of these items is still underway.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif received the highest number of gifts during this period. However, the Cabinet Division removed the column listing the names of gift-givers from the latest record. In contrast, the previous record , covering the second half of FY2024-25 (January–June 2025) included the names of both local and foreign individuals who presented the gifts.It is worth noting that the Shehbaz government has already made the Toshakhana record from 2002 to June 2025 public in phases, while records from 1997 to 2001 have also been released earlier.
